Yep. Still counted that as out of contract technically though  Imagine he will stay in League One as seems to have some promise. Norman is the same situation, contract offered but sounds like he’ll move on. |

Decent player when played in the right role, something Sherdian never did, he did well in his first season at Burton scoring 1 goal every 8 games over nearly 80 matches which isnt bad for a winger. Jonny Smith and Sam Winnall might have been more of a close call. Smith promised more than he delivered, all told, and was too often struggling with a niggle, for all that he could turn a game I try not to judge players from THAT season too much as Sheridan was the worst manager ever. I would like to see us go for Daniel Ayala who at 32 has been released by Blackburn, the sort of big commanding CB with lots of experience we need, the only minus point being his fitness level. There are many experienced CB's available though from all levels. |

He was the fast one with absolutely zero end product, moved on to Barrow and freed from there after 1 year to go to sign for Yeovil in the Conference where he hasnt been offered a new contract. |
