Moved on from Woolery weeks ago. Would have been okay if he stayed, not overly fussed he's left.
Good luck to him.

Is Woolery the last player from the Flitcroft era to leave?

Yeah think so...just had a look at his opening league game vs Exeter. Donal McDermott is someone I forgot all about. Seems he hung up his boots when he left us.

Worth listening to what he (DMcD) had to say on TLSP, regarding football and his time at Town etc.

Are you insinuating that Flitcroft had a bit of "finger fun" with Woolerys anus? (sorry not sorry).

I do wish Woolery well, he was good on his day. I'd have been happy for him to stay. His comments were a bit odd I thought though. They basically show up the fact we DID offer a contract, he didn't like it, then we didn't offer another one when he came back asking - tough shit, you rolled the dice and got a relegation out of it.

From Nixon:
WIGAN. Can only offer 1500 a week to SWINDON for Palmer on loan. Limit of their spending in embargo right now. Does not help. Still possible.
If true makes you wonder how much Palmer is on

Makes you wonder how much the others are on, I know it's a short career but the wages are only what most workers can only dream of.
