Funnily enough in nearly 40 years of watching the most hostile i saw the fans was aimed at Paul Hart....Wilson got some nasty abuse with his arm folding routine also.

I think McMahon copped a load and King at Nam wasn't very pretty - both of them well deserved. I thought Wilson got away lightly after X Mas when it was pretty clear we were fucked. I actually felt a bit sorry for Hart.

Remember a home game, think it was Mansfield in 02/03 after we went on a terrible run, the fans turned on each other as some were extremely anti King. Luckily I suppose he turned it round after that and we had a decent 18 month spell after that.

I stuck up for Hart, for a while at least. Any sympathy that I had for the guy vanished without trace after ' that' interview he gave however. What a cunt.

Kingy is a ledge with his cigars and his surreal post match interviews.
I used enjoy those days - shout yourself hoarse for the team and go home with a win or shout yourself hoarse for the team and then hoarser still after the final whistle "We want Kingy out"
I thought at the time the only reason those results didn't get him the sack was because we couldn't afford to sack him, even on low wages.
Not much change there then.

We have three strikers. It's just that two of them are JP McGovern and Matt Ritchie

Finished reading Brian Clough's autobiography recently.. He tipped Paul Hart to be a "top manager" had to have a chuckle.. Alcohol must have really gotten to Cloughie's head in those last few years.

I felt a bit sorry for Hart in the fact he took us over when we were already fucked. In that aspect he was on a hiding nothing.
Still, his inability to even give it a fucking go was ridiculous. Stay up or die fucking trying.
I think we'd have all understood if we'd gone all out attack, given it a go and still lost a lot more so than not giving it a go and still losing.
The interviews weren't great either, infact they were plain rude.

29 Jul 2013 22:34:34 Wes Foderingham is on the verge of signing for Brentford subject to personal terms and a medical. The first bid was rejected but another bid has been made and accepted.Another one from that Football Rumours site regarding Wes Foderingham! As if we would even accept a bid for Wes from a team in the same League!!

Incidentally Jason Roberts was on Fivelive last night and managed to keep quiet about his impending move to Swindon.
He obviously just wasn't ITK.

If an offer was received that was considered acceptable then it doesn't matter if it is a club in the same league as us or a club in the conference. He's going nowhere.

That just about seals it then...I did think when Foderingham signed a new contract it was simply a move towards his transfer...Spurs got to have a keeper kicking around not doing much...what's Gomes up to?
