Not that it would matter if we hadn’t signed anyone yet but I love the fact that our main summer business seems to have been done already, especially if Jay Mc’s is also on the way today.

Bringing in all the new lads in time for Italy can only be a good thing in terms of their fitness and team bonding, etc.

Best thing for me is that even if half the signings end up as backup players, they have more experience and proven record than the likes of Atiku and Esajas

Swindon Town have signed defender Jay McEveley on a free transfer, signing a two-year deal #STFC

I wonder if that's all the first team signings this pre-season? Still need a back-up keeper and perhaps a couple of full-backs.

I wonder if Miller will start and just signed as backup. We have good strength in depth in most parts now.

At 33, I'm wondering if he'll be up for playing a full season as 1st choice

And drop Ferry? Glad I don't have to pick the team, but its refreshing to have such quality to pick from!

Christ I'm excited now. This season could go absolutely brilliantly.

And it could go horribly wrong, but somehow it doesn't seem likely.

Gary Roberts > private chat > can you recommend a good squad player > Tommy Miller might be worth a look > view player > offer contract. PDC is Football Manager-ing his way through the off-season!
