I remember people pushing the idea that Grella leaving was all Hart's fault. He bailed on us, even Leeds were pissed off with the whole thing.
Hart was at fault for many other things though. What a weird time that was (feels like a long time ago).
Yup a real long time ago and it was only just over a year ago!

It's been a number of years (and usernames) since I took part in this thread - has anyone mentioned Zola?

Like i've said before Grella seems to have had about 4 or 5 clubs since he left Leeds. Wonder how long it will be before he bails on MK as well?

Agree, I think he would have done well for us last season. The strikers we sign now need to be capable of doing it in the Championship if we are serious about challenging, so not now.

I liked Calvin Andrew also, that goal at Brentford was one of my highlights from THAT piss poor excuse for a season.
Put him into our squad now and with our training regime he could become a decent player.

I liked Calvin Andrew, he was big, strong and had a turn of pace. He was playing in an awful side with us and played fairly well.
He will never be more than a 10 goal a season player though IMO but is similar to Heskey, always puts in a shift and can go unnoticed as he doesn't stand out, hes a good target man though.
