I think we can match Richie's ambitions here. He has no reason to leave unless the money and football on offer is high

I don't normally get involved in conversations like this...but anyone who thinks they might get Ritchie for £325k is obviously rather new to football. I hope Matt is still with us next year. But if he does leave, it will be for the better part of £1 million.
And I wouldn't take Prutton back. He has had a better season with Wednesday than he had with us but his card is, sadly, now marked.

PS One other thing not to lose sight of. It will be a relatively easy sell, right now, to demonstrate to players that they can grow with the club. The idea that they could be playing Championship football with us in 15 months time is far from wrapped up, but it is a realistic prospect.
Think back to the Macari era. Fraser, for example, joined us from Man U while we were still playing in Division 4 (towards the back end of the 1985/86 title winning season) and went on to represent us at the highest level. Matt Ritchie and others will know that the club is on an upward trajectory...and will not need to respond immediately to the advances of the likes of Wednesday or Hull if they come calling.

i'm sure he will only leave if paolo lets him. If they board accepts the first offer and sells him without paolo's blessing then PdC will walk and the board know this. If we get a good price for him and we can replace him with someone what can do the business in L1, then why not.

Good at what? We know you can't mean football so I'm curious.

Oh great, so now the players will be treated to half a cup of tea which will presumably be cold by the time it arrives.

I'd rather Curly Withers played than Prutton.

A lot of rumours down this neck of the woods about Yeovil top scorer Andy Williams being linked to us. I have seen him play and think hes not that good and certainly no better than Benson, I wouldn't like to see him with us, he has only had 1 averagely good season which was this season when he scored 17 goals. Some Yeovil fans think it would be a sideways move from Yeovil to us. http://www.tgr2.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4897
