After last summer, I'd be very surprised if Di Canio brought in many players with no Football League experience.

Agreed. Paolo won't make the same mistake as this pre season when he bought in the likes of Atiku & Esajas.

Southampton have added West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox, 25, to their list of potential targets after securing their return to the Premier League. It is from the Daily Mail and I know he isn't our player but surely we have a sell on fee with him? Hope it happens aswell, It would be a good move for him.

Would be an excellent move for him, Saints play good flowing football and he would slot alongside Lambert well, good luck to him.

Cox, Sharp and Lambert would be a pretty decent frontline for a newly promoted club. Far better than Swansea's and Norwich's for example.

They've also got Tadanari Lee, Japanese international who could potentially be better suited at Premier League level than Sharp & Lambert.
