It won't be Kyel Reid as BBC Radio Swindon are reporting he plays centre midfield which rules Reid out as he's a winger
Smith, Risser, New bloke, Ferry, Timlin. Seems one too many central midfielders to me. It would be a big big shame if we lost Ferry. Though clearly that is speculation. Keeping Ritchie is more important for me though. I'll be happy when the transfer window slams shut. |

I think DRS has already alluded to the fact that PdC sees Timlin as more of a winger than a CM. Another CM makes sense to me.

Strange how he sees Timlin in that position. I can't ever remember Timlin being played on the flanks. I remember when he was a makeshift full back though. |

I'm shocked it's supposed to be a central midfielder. Even if Timlin is not seen as a CM, surely he's still capable of covering there? Our squad appears to be becoming rather large.

I only mentioned the squad was getting large. Having 5 (6 if you count Atiku) central midfielders is a not an insignificant number for that position. If Ferry went I'd delete my account. I just think Wray has said to PDC to do whatever he can to get out of the division!! Simples

Goes against what was said earlier in the pre-season - that last years squad was too large and this year would see a slimming in numbers. Sure some have yet to go out on loan, but even there still seem to be too many for central midfielder if we get another one today  |
