I dont think we will see any more players going back or leaving TBH and we will only see a keeper come in.

Holloway was asked in his pre match interview and all he could say was he hoped he was not recalled

If he was recalled then it would only be for lack of game time.

He doesn't seem very optimistic about any new arrivals

Do we really need any more players
Ian Holloway has got these current players playing well enough to survive this season (hopefully)
When the injured come back we will have selection issues.

We still need a solid, reliable goalkeeper.

I guess the question is what do we 'need' one for. You definitely can improve on Bycroft, but is the difference between finishing 17th and 15th that stark really? If the right person is available and will go into next season as #1 then great.

It’s pretty clear he needs a capable goalkeeper. Bycroft’s making mistakes pretty much every game.

Didn't the Steve the Aussie cheerleader say we would be signing a new GK by the 26th, Fact?

An experienced, commanding keeper would be good but I suspect we won't get one. I'm actually fairly happy with the squad as it is for now i.e. in terms of being able to keep us in the League... That's also assuming we keep all the players who we need to keep (I'm fairly confident we will)...

Holloway seemed to suggest that there was interest in one of our players and it may or may not end up with the player leaving, he also seemed to suggest he was trying for a couple of players.

GK situation you would guess he will only do something if he can move on 1 of the 2 we have, and although neither look solid, neither have cost us games so I suspect he will stick with what we have for now.

Holloway seems to be increasingly talking about next season, so you wonder if either a)has been promised a new contract b)assuming he will be here or c)has a clause in his current contract that if he keeps us up he gets a new deal

Personally if he keeps us up I wouldn't be against him being given a 1 year rolling deal - a few months ago I would not have said that - Clem appears to have got lucky at the moment, lets be fair it certainly wasn't through looking for a new manager he was given the job.
