Andy Carroll and his family were in the Old George in South Cerney yesterday afternoon. Witnessed with my own eyes....drives a massive Merc GL 490 or something like that. Plenty of kids in tow....
Have any of you considered that he may have rented one of the holiday houses on one of the Hobourne sites if he’s not currently playing and the kids are on holiday. |

He's been playing away from Newcastle for 12 odd years so who knows, plus isn't his missus a TOWIE girl? I think football fans read way too much into where players are from as some sort of guide as to where they will play, I'm unlikely to ever transfer back to Swindon or Oxford despite being born and brought up round there!  |

I know roughly how much he's on and roughly how much we pay and those figures are not even remotely close. No one's taking that much of a pay drop! |

Wherever Carroll goes, it's likely to only be a loan move I'd imagine given how much he's likely on and he's fully entitled to see out that Reading contract. Reading seem desperate to trim their wage bill so someone taking a little bit of the wage load for someone whose been told won't play this season is probably their only likely outcome, even if it's just a few £K a week. |
