The heart would vote those 2 as my best ever front pairing.

I agree Duke they were a formidable partnership and when football was less complicated.

Agreed, the only 2 that got even close to them was probably Parkin and Mooney but then they werent the same "little and large" strike pairing like M & R were.

Amazing how they worked together.

As a few thought, the chances of signing Simpson are virtually non existent

‘Huddersfield are leading race to sign Tyreece Simpson from Ipswich. Fee already agreed between the clubs, but now personal terms last hurdle 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 #transfers

Two other clubs waiting to react, as Simpson was ranked in top 5 English U21 in Goals last season across top four divisions.’

Can't see him starting for Huddersfield,  does open up a L1 loan for him though seeing as Udders won't have a conflict of interest.  Fingers crossed we can sweet talk them.

Charlton fans seem to think they are going to lowball us to get McKirdy before deadline day due to our "financial issues" at the club currently.

Also Hibs allegedly back in for McKirdy too.

Many Town fans say he will "Never" go to Hibs as its too far away from London, but money talks and the standard is a bit better than L2.

Never say never.

Hibs forum suggesting the fee is £500k.
