100 odd games overall in the Championship.

Winchester lad - probably fancies moving bit closer to home.

Another quality signing on paper. Hutton, Khan, Clayton and now him. Think we all thought we needed a strong end to window and we’re definitely getting it.

Heard about Angus yesterday would be an excellent signing despie him having a pretty chequered health and fitness history.

Huge, good in the air and very experienced.

Likes to score headers from set pieces.

All I want now is a fairly experienced centre forward to go alongside the players we have.

The squad depth is looking better by the day.

Stockley would do but not sure he would drop down to league 2 or whether we could afford him as he's under contract.

MacDonald sounds perfect, if true. A good age, plenty of experience, and sounds like the sort of defender we have not had in years.

The articles from the end of last season read like he was confident to get a league one or championship club, so it would seem impressive if we have convinced him to drop to league 2.

More chance of signing Gareth Bale! Stockley is wanted by Sheff Weds for £1m+.

Think most strikers with two working feet woulda scored goals with Mckirdy, Payne, Williams, Reed etc behind them. Davison cost us quite a few times. (Yes he also helped us in games)

Think he’d score goals again, but feel like we’d have another season of frustration.
I think the frustrations wouldn't have been as bad with a defence who could defend

Angus Macdonald mate, centre half, 29, released from Rotherham. 40 games in the championship in 20/21 season.

Apologies. My 37 years as a STFC fan automatically went into, well, Swindon mode.

Davidson our marquee signing. I bloody hope not. Even worse if McKirdy is part of the deal.

I will say he has time to improve. Start with those trampoline boots .
Have you just created that transfer ha

No need to apologise mush.

I’ve got about half of that service and I’m as cynical as they come because of what I’ve seen the last few years.

If Angus was to ever walk then I’d be pretty concerned, but that’s for all hypothetical and for a different day and a different day
