I think that’s been taken out of context from Noel Hunt’s phone in on Friday. He said we had tried but I don’t think he meant this window, sounded like he meant January.

So there must be *some* money available if true.

I still reckon we'll see an out of contract player being picked up soon.

Anthony wordsworth

Did we not have him on trial, but Wellens said he's too similar to Doughty?

Or am I getting my wires crossed?

No mate, there were rumours he was at the club on trial but nothing was confirmed, he was linked when Brown was manager before he went to Wimbledon. But this Summer it was just "I saw Anthony Wordsworth at the club earlier" posts on FB and Twitter.

That's the badger.

Could have done with Doughty leaving before we decided on Reeves.

Wellen’s former Leicester team mate Andy King is on Soccer AM this morning.
A centre midfielder and a free agent who Wellens has played with. Maybe he can talk him into taking a HUGE pay cut on a short term deal.  Cheesy
