To clarify, I quite liked Blair... Worked the channels, smart player, worked hard. Just fundamentally lacked any sort of quality on the ball or in front of goal. Yates has a bit of both.

Yeah sorry DV, Yates and Parkin are nothing alike in their playing styles.
Doyle and Parkin I could understand a lot more.
Yeah very similar in style but Yates, nope not even close, they dont play the same role or position even. |

Maybe a good target for Wellens would be Keiran Sadlier who is available on a free from one of Wellens old clubs Doncaster
Attacking midfield who scores goals. Is also irish so Doyle and Hunt could do there stuff and convince him!! Good replacement for Anderson! Along with DJ and Yates signing that is!

More of a winger than attacking midfielder, Hull City are said to be favourites to sign him. |

I have heard that we and several other teams have scouted Reise Allassani a winger/striker released by Coventry, scored more than a goal every other game for Dulwich Hamlet and similar at Woking but never made it at Coventry.
Very quick and tricky winger/attacking midfielder who never quite made the step up, Exeter and Mansfield also looking at him.

Another player freed would fit perfectly into Wellens "buying players who have not fulfilled their promise" that he spoke about last week.
