Shame we couldn't get the guy in from Pompey but at least we extended Ward's loan for the season. We look a bit bare now but you have to remember on Saturday we had Sheehan, O'Brien (i don't know when he'll be back or even what is actually wrong with him), Lucas and Pericard all injured. It's the strikers that worry me. We only have 3 and one seems to only be able to play at home.
Also Paul Caddis probably didn't happen because Scottish teams have until midnight to sign players. Bit silly that. If Celtic have people lined up to sign then he may well be down the pecking order but it now means we'll have to make do with a 3 month loan max.
