I know a few have dismissed the idea totally but sometimes when you look at things it does appear a bit of a stand off between the 2.
I know williams has never been great with words but recently he has been saying some very weird stuff. I wouldn't be suprised at all if he does want out but rightly so will wait to be pushed rather than walk. Even Embleton has waded in with a few random bits of nonsense.

Jesus wept, I just visited the FB fans group for the first time in many months, a lot of these cannot be fans of Swindon surely?
Some HAVE to be Pox, Shitty or Gas fans on a wind up.
Unfuckingbelievable comments to say the least.
I think the main reason is it's a lot of kids (under 21) that started watching during the Di Canio 'Glory Days' and don't understand why it isn't like that any more. Oh and also people who post Hooligan Remembrance Day Pictures..... |

Also that he has no idea how long Sharpes contract was/is and that he doesn't know if or how many new signings we have lined up, almost like he is being deliberately kept out of the loop. |

Just heard from someone at the club that, indeed, another 6 players are incoming, hopefully before the weekend.
3 from Chelsea and trying for Ajose. Make of it what you will.
Oh, forgot. Power is trying to get rid of Williams but doesn't want to pay him off.
The Ajose rumour I can sort of believe it is just like Power to pull a rabbit from the hat on deadline day and I'm sure Charlton haven't paid the transfer fee in full yet so potentially if it was a go would not cost must, but the question has to be would Ajose want to return here in our current position and it would be almost admitting he can only get goals at stfc so would find it hard with other clubs interest in future, better of going elsewhere or waiting until the summer and way up his options. |
