I'd like to think the price will go down after the initial 3 years and after we've spend some money on redeveloping their ground. But I doubt it.

Don't know too much about him, but always assumed he was what you might call a proper centre half, namely likes defending. If there is any substance to this then might indicate a shift of emphasis.
