new boss new chance.
rated him under Sturrock and thought he finished the season off well under Wilson. Probably won us the Rovers game.

Who have Huddersfield got up front as well as Robinson (if he's gone up there) - Robbie Simpson, Keigan Parker, Phil Jevons, Lee Novak - any others?

So was this Huddersfield rumour solely off the Wiki page, or has the rumour been seen elsewhere?

Their forums too I think. No official news or anything.

Doubt it. He's the only right winger we have at the moment

You get the feeling that if Huddersfield don't get promoted this season they might find themselves in a spot of bother, maybe.

Big gamble with a inexperienced manager.

He's got Terry McDermott and Derek Fazackerley though - pretty damn good experience for this level.
I like Lee Clark - Good footballer back in the day. He's got himself a good little gig, in the future the Newcastle job is his if he nails this current one.

We didn't really go backwards just didn't really improve on the season before. Cox's goals will be missed of course but i fancy paynter to keep improving as he has done. Get another striker or 2 to pitch in with 15 and we could be ok. With Greer here for the season we shouldn't concede as many. Getting goals from midfield is going to be crucial though next season and is where i would really like to see players being bought in at the moment.
We went backwards.

We finished in a worse position on the field but I think finished in a better position off it.
