Disagree about allen I just don’t think he is strong enough but time will tell. Mcgovern done ok but would get murdered by a decent winger.Morrison was obviously pick of the bunch and Cox workrate is still unbelievable
The twats singing let him die should be ashamed of themselves itys not very often I tell swindon fans to shut the fuck up but I was embarrassed by that.

Oh and again it seems McNamee is less effective with Vincent at left back which is a shame

Put Vincent in the middle and make him captain. Morrison and Kanyuka will learn a lot more alongside Vincent than they will Aljofree. Also Ifill plays a lot better with Vincent there. Vincent is in my opinion a better organiser and is better at helping the youngsters.

So hang on move Vincent to CB and hope we can develop both Morrison and Kanyuka but also play Ifil alongside him because he plays better with Vincent there. I agree Vincent is better in the middle, but it's not a long term solution. He'll be gone after next season.

Oh and again it seems McNamee is less effective with Vincent at left back which is a shame or perhaps after about 2 good performances we built him up to be the best winger in league, when really he isnt. He's going to be like every other Swindon player, inconsistant. Dont think it has anything to do with who plays behind him

I thought McNamee didn't see enough of the ball, but it was certainly an off day by his standards.
Still he grabbed the goal and he's been one of the most consistent of our players recently. I think he'll be great next season.

Or perhaps he does not play well when the left back behind him hoofs it long

There are two reasons why McNamee has had a few bad games. One is when he's been crowded out by double marking and we've failed to exploit the space around him. The other is when we don't get the ball into his feet. Against Millwall I'd say it was more of the second - when we got it to him towards the end he began to come into the game more, and he put a couple of balls in and grabbed a goal

I noticed the commentator on virgin media said McNamee's goal got a deflection - didn't look that way to me, its just the way he hits them, I thought. Can anyone clarify that for me please?

It looked deflected at the time (stood in Town End).

I must admit at the time I thought it took a deflection, but the people I was with thought it was the way he hit it.
