But that does not suggest which of the keepers will leave

Let's get a keeper in we can all slag off after every match. That'd be much better!!! Well, yeah thats probably a bit much, but I think a lot of our fans seriousley over rate Brezovan. He's not bad and has the potential to make wonder saves, but he's also made his fair share of cock ups this season. If we got £500k for him I wouldnt be bothered in the slightest. |

But Phil Smith has looked woeful this season so then we could end up with garbage like Rhys Evans, Bart Griemink or Jimmy Glass who cost goals every other game as 1st choice which would be a step back IMO.......sort Brez's kicking over the summer and I don't see any problem with him. Decent keepers are hard to find at the moment, just look at the Premiership where half of them are distinctly average and you certainly wouldn't find one for anywhere near 500k. |

Evans wasn't that bad either. Brez may not be the best but he's good enough for this level, and probably for the level above, but I don't think we should actively look to sell the bloke.
Smith's a good number 2, think he found it tough at some stages of the season though.
Obviously if someone came in with a decent offer for either we should have a serious think about it.

Are you having a laugh Arriba? if we had accepted that offer then that £600k would have gone straight into the old board's coffers - never to be seen again. In principle I see what you're saying but for us to sell Brez at that time would not have benefitted the club at all.
