I've just done a huge shop, my cupboards and fridge are now bursting. I got some nice oatey bagels, might have that for lunch with crean cheese, rocket, spinach, watercress and chillies. where's the meat? wack some salami or parma ham in there and we're talking. |

we had cheesey baps with tuna/sweetcorn/grated cheese mixed with sour cream rather than mayo - twas nice - then we watched switched on E4
