Phile Brown if he gets the sack from Derby, a real connoisseur of the game and a smashing bloke to boot.  Not surprised he turned King down for Holmes, in fact he's on the BBC today saying what an exciting prospect he is.

Throw in a Brian Flynn and were talking.

I wonder who will be first to get linked to the Town job this season?

Calderwood is my bet but this time it will actually lead to him issuing a statement that he is staying at Northampton.

I think that as long as King is in the job we will be okay. King could also maybe take us up given the slightest whiff of some spending money.

Unfortunately that won't happen for now and King is the best man to spend no money with.
