no chance. Keegan did the right thing not buying any players in January as most would be over-priced and be out at the end of the season anyway. get to the end of the season without going down then fully rebuild.

Keegan won't ever be sacked - I can see him walking away though,   something along the lines of

"I've tried my best, but couldn't recapture the magic. The brilliant fans here deserve more than I have to offer"

Then they'll repeat the mistake with Shearer.

Thats the thing with Keegan. He is honest to himself. He doesnt need the money, and he will walk. Not like most managers who wont give up the ££££.

Thing is, I look at Newcastle and think what re building do they need? They already have top players.

i beg to differ on the top players comment spencer.
thats the main difference between keegans last reign and now.he has a tough job on his hands, and only massive transfer deals will get them anywhere near the heights they almost reached last time.

Sam Allardyce brought those players so he could play his type of football. Not the type of football KK is looking for. That's why they need to get new players in, mainly some with technical ability, Newcastle don't seem to have any of those type of players.

Also the defenders at the club are just complete shite, except from Steven Taylor.
