In today's free metro paper, Sam is pictured wearing a Scotland training shirt standing over the lion rampant. A large article in which Walter Smith states that Sam may be the answer to Scotland's goal drought and is hoping he impresses in tonight's 'B' friendly in Austria.

Best of luck tonight Sam, hopefully a couple of goals will boost his transfer fee.

I'll be cheering him on.  Doubt a couple of goals will boost his release fee though Crying

Its an odd one, I know if I played for Scotland I couldn't really give a monkeys as I am English, but as he is never likely to play for England, does he give his all for the Scottish jersey as he does for town??

Parkin was taken off in the 23rd minute, with the Swindon man limping off to be replaced by Shaun Maloney.

Parkin injured after 23 minutes   Doesn't sound good.  Sad

If he's injured for say a year who pays his wages?

Surely the scottish Fa would be liable?

Its proabably nothing much though(hopefully)
