They podcast it and its available on listen again though.
I dont think the Podcasts play the music though (though there isnt alot of music its mostly Brand giggling like a girl with that Matt bloke)

Normally listen to RS for news/talksport and cds for music.

Radio 1, mostly. I think Moyles is OK.
Virgin and Talk Sport are OK occaisonally, but I fucking hate adverts on the Radio.
