what would happen in this scenario
first poll:
player "x" - 20%
player "y" - 25% - player y wins
Player "z" - 10%
Second Poll:
Player "x" - 25%
Player "y " - 5%
Player "z" - 30% - player z wins
then player x gets the most votes overall, but isn't in the team. the one poll-position way was better
It's beginning to look like Calderwood and Taylor anyway, so it won't really matter.
Although for the CM positions and strikers I would recommend first voting for one player, and when all votes are in then vote for the second (With the previous winner excluded from the vote of course)
And as redbullzeye has suggested for the fullbacks, when it comes to the wingers, everybody vote for a right winger and a left winger.
