If you go to another team with a mate then you have to become a pretend fan for the day to make it any fun. I've been to a couple of preston play off games with a mate who is a big fan and I was singing PNE songs all day. Was a good laugh and as long as they aren't a rival I couldn't give a fuck.

Agreed. I've watched Blackpool plenty of times with my dad and you have to want them to win to make it interesting. The only time this wasn't the case was when we lost up at their place and I was in the home end  Sad

I couldn't do it with a team that were in the same division, conflict of interest.

Yeah true. I guess having a stonking hangover didn't help much. It was cool to see a premiership game, Berbatov and White Hart Lane, etc. but it just felt so wrong. Guess you know where your own heart is when it comes to a football team.

you should have put a hefty bet on the game.

that would help to remove any impartiality, and also take away the requirement to be entertained.

Will be mad trying to get ticketing and potentially police organised in time.
I suppose they will be making provisional arrangements now though

Its on the official site.

If we play Rovers its a 1pm kick off on saturday. Get Fulham and its 3pm on the saturday.

I guess its so many years since we had a decent cup run that our fans arent used to the randomness of the cup.

It'll be a Saturday.Like the time we played Southampton at home after beating Oldham the previous Tuesday.Think i'm right in saying thats the last time we got to the fourth round as well, bloody shocking considering that was 1996
