Bugger. I was trying to give up booze for an entire month. I'd managed 10 days, but I had to celebrate this with a beer or six. This feels almost as good as beating the Arse 4-3 in 1979 (too young to remember 69) - for the first time in over ten years I feel hopeful for the future.
Off to fall further off the wagon now.
