000 was wrong last time and i think he's wrong again. There is another poster on there called John Mckenna who thinks he works in the field of HMRC and that the deal will collapse because HMRC are not willing to accept "a deal" with Fitton. Well hang on a minute. We clearly know that any involvement with SSW has now been erased and he is not a part of the deal any longer so 000 is talking shit again. We know there were only 3 conditions to complete 2 of which have been completed according to Fitton (and i trust him). So that leaves HMRC who this John Mckenna guy reckons won't accept a lesser amount owed. I think it's quite clear Fitton will pay the 1.8 mill owed to them and that the accounts are being checked to make sure there are no skeletons in the closet. It's routine from Fitton and who can blame him given the last regime's incompetance? That's my take on it anyway.

Fitton may be trying to negotiate not paying some of the fines and interest that they have occured if they offer to pay the full amount owed now rather than over a set period.

No news on the CVA being paid off though.

I think Jan 11th will be pay the debts off day.

Surely nobody in their right mind will be paying anything off other than day to day costs until the deal is finalised.

Yes it is, always found that a strange statistic because people are generally so happy at this time of the year ...  it is also the most popular time of the year to tell your boss to stick his job when you return back to work.
