The Wait Goes On (from Swindon Advertiser)

Fitton is planning to be at the game today.

Now is the time to make our voices heard............

It is understood that the sticking points are last-minute amendments requested to the original offer.

I thought Fitton's offer was a 'take it or leave it' offer, so obviously Wills/Diamandis are after more money for a debt laden company, with no assets.

Fully agree Hertab, it's time to make our voices heard...

I can't be bothered to work it out, but how many times now have we had a "takeover expected to conclude by the end of the week" announcement, followed by a "there's been a slight delay, so early next week" announcement on the Friday/Saturday?

I reckon at least 5.

I expect Fitton wants to pay them £8m more, and Wills and Diamandis are refusing
