Guinness was on the Money programme tonight, they discussed the new Red version which seems to have exactly the same ingredients apart from less roasted Barley. Made to be sweeter but still a stout. Might give it a test if I see it. Guinness is an aquired taste, I hated my first couple of pints but am thankful for keeping at it. I presume the idea of Red is bring in people who would be put off by the very bitter taste of the real stuff and then get them into the real one later.
