I don't care if we get a points deduction. As long as Diamond Mike anc Co really are gone then it's happy days.

Its highly likely to change the whole dynamic of our season from mid table/fringe of playoffs to a relegation struggle. Not a welcome turn of events if/when it happens. I agree entirely with the last bit though.

Thing is, it could only be 4 or 5 points... Our situation and Leeds' are different and I doubt, maybe blindly, that we'd get punished as severely as them. It's not convenient but not truely devastating... We're good enough to stay up if we get points deducted anyway.

I can see what he's saying though... Points deduction or no club, I know what I'd rather have!

It will probably be 10 i reckon which will still leave us with 10 points and i still think we are good enough to get to 51 even with a deduction. As for the people saying don't be silly to me. Well i might be silly in your eyes but what would you rather? A points dedcution and new owners. Or the possibility of another 6 months with Mike D and Co and even going bust. Take your pic. I think it's a simple choice.

And come on you would subsitute it for Mike D and Co leaving and not going bust wouldn't you?

I'm just concerned that the loss of ten points mid-season may place additional pressure on the team and make them nervous. And I ain't convinced just yet that we'd be able to cope with the points loss and avoid relegation. Possible, yes. Probable, not so sure. Christ, I'm talking like it actually might happen. Although it clearly is a very real threat.

Well a points deduction wouldnt even be a possibility if the cva was paid on time.
The only reason a takeover deal wasnt done in time for the cva deadloine is so that newbury could get their paws on season ticket and other revenue. Sod the fact that we may get deducted points, as long as diamond gets his money.
We all know who is to blame if a points deduction becomes a reality.........

Is it Mike Diamandis? I think it's Mike Diamandis.
I get the feeling that's what you're insinuating, correct?

I thought he was on about Michael Pook? No Tails, he's definitely talking about Diamond Mike. You're obviously a bit slow on the uptake. :|
