But Fitton has already said he will not pay it No he has said he won't pay it UNTIL he takes over. That's different. So basically we don't have the money to pay it now. So until Fitton is in charge we will be under this embargo.

My understanding was that Fitton said it was to do with the present regime and was their problem, he will be paying the CVA though if it all goes through.

From todays Adver The club's football debts and Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) of £900,000 would need to be paid for the ban to be lifted and that will not happen until the takeover is sealed, later this month. That reads to me that its not just the £60k we owe to other clubs that has forced the embargo, but the whole state of the CVA. Fucking Hell !!!!!! Do you still think the board have done such a wonderful fucking job now Sturrock

He insists, contrary to the statement, an offer has already been made, with terms already agreed,
fucking hell, its like the FC all over again :?
All I want for christmas are these complete bunch of incompetant goons to fuck off out of our football club.
I can see at the very best this takeover dragging on for ages

Fred.... I totally agree with the FL. Why the fuck should anyone try and use the system like the pricks have done running our club. They are a bunch of c@nts of the highest order. What has happened with Diamond Mike and the Wills family...what caused them to fall out of love

This board are parasites- nothing more nothing less.
They have strung out the CVA as long as possible just to get as much money as possible out of the club over the close season. the embargo is THEIR fault and only their fault. Nothing to do with Fitton or any other prospective bidder.
The fans money they have held due to other clubs is tantamount to theft

He should have kept his nose out at the time and on the flip side we should have ignored his request
