 Oxtail....really cow tail, is quite chunky, you can cook and eat as meat.

I bet, I can almost smell it.   Unfortunately, increasingly, we don't sem to have the time for proper cooking...its just so much easier to bung something or other in the microwave.

   Great shame, I'm as guilty as anyone....

Broccoli and stilton always a winner.

I guess i might try getting in some more covent garden stuff if its that good? I have the Pumpkin & Pepper in the shop at the mo as its bogof at coop as well!

Homemade Broccoli soup with pine nuts and goats cheese - that's a real winner even though I don't like goats cheese that much
