I tried to sign Malcolm Christie but he signed for Motherwell.

My Signings so far: Scott Donnelly, Frazier Campbell (loan from Man Utd), Leon Best (loan from Coventry), Winston Parks (Costa Rican Striker)

Sold: Zaaboub £80k to Bradford, Blair Sturrock £7k to Wycombe

Only 2 games in, lost 1-0 Away to Carlisle and then beat Brighton 2-0 at Home.

Seyfo Soley and Chris James are total stars for me, classy players.

If you can get him.....Frazier Campbell from Man Ure is great at this level.

Ali Uyanik looks handy with good stats I have just signed him as Smith and Brez were performing poorly so I sold them for £25k each. Also signed David Martin a GK from Liverpool for a free who looks very good.

Malcolm Christie and Dong Fangzhuo just wont sign on loan for me no matter what I do!

Zaaboub always gets signed by Crewe in my games, I ask for £100k + 35% sell on and always get it!

The only parent clubs that are ever interested in Swindon are West Brom, Reading and Portsmouth.

Oh and Lucketti and Edworthy are good players that will sign for frees early in the game.

Quote from: "bennett"
i do not recommend anyone start a game in the blue square south. it appears to be a case of get the ball between the sticks and the keeper does not have a chance...that is when your guy can get it between the sticks and under the other bigger stick

of course keepers can't judge when to come out for a ball either. and the defenders are very slow...so a long ball just turns into a goal.

it's very strange and completely not down to tactics in any way at all

This does seem to concur with what you were saying, I have made up a side costing me no money whatsoever, all frees and loans and this is my record so far and best win so far.......

Jacques Maghoma 5 games 13 goals
Jordy Brouwer 5 games 11 goals
Cedric Baseya 5 games 6 goals

in a 3 pronged attack!

I had Lucketti in a previous attempt with Swindon and he was always unfit and pretty crap.

If anyone can recommend me a couple of defenders then that would be ace.
