What and completely screw up the bus route on a saturday and cause traffic carnage? The magic round about is bad enough as it is.
I thought they would need more notice to do this in order to re-arrange public transport/diversions.

So the police need 6 days notice then... Yeah, we could arrange everything on Monday and call them that evening I suppose? Or call them before and then phone on Tuesday once a route has been planned. I suppose we could actually invite them to the meeting so we can go through the route together?

I think that would be sensible. Otherwise if they have objections it may take longer to organise?Aslong as they are not kept in the dark about the whole thing I'm sure the OB will be ok about it.
