I'm sure I've said it before, but I think he'd make a better right back then central midfielder.

Did well when he came on, apart from starting off by missing the ball in our penalty box.....

one of Pooks problems in Central Midfield is, he isnt always sure who he should be marking or where he should be positioned.

At Right Back you very much stay in the same spot and your man stays the same. Its probably an easier position to play and I do think he's got all the attributes to play there.

dv your man doesn't always stay the same at all at rightback.one minute its a wide player the next it could be a centre forward or even a centre mid.as pooks challenges today proved, not all on one player

i think dan means the player on "each play" will stay the same, unless he swaps over etc

it wont be the same man per say, but as a right back you will always been the same area of the pitch and pick up the man in that area, generally if its a striker and he drifts inside he will get handed over to the centre back, the right back wont follow the striker across the pitch.

In midfield you need to go with the man, if he goes out wide, or if he goes forward

I think Pook started off as a right back and then got converted to a central midfielder.
