i can't be arsed trawlin thru the 4 pages of this thread so sorry if I'm repeating what someone else has already said, but he only came on as a sub ffs. He looked lively on tuesday night and yesterday he looked more threatening in the first 5 minutes he came on, than Balir had done the whole game. He'll be a good acquisition for us and he will score goals (well, more goals than peacs&blair anyway)

Vincent throwing the ball to Pook and then Pook volleying it back out of play attempting to play it back to Vincent summed up his passing ability i'm afraid. Made a few decent passes but far too many went astray i'm afraid.

Sturrock is a massive Pook fan but he said in yesterdays adver that Pook looked well off the pace and wasted too many passes. I'm by no means a Pook fan and I think with the competition for places finally heating up it wont be long before he is no longer a starter. |
