But Yeovil were shit going forward. We were awful but they were just solid at the back and that was it. We need to get better. If not then we'll struggle. Simple as that.

on the bright side, at least sturrock now has an excuse to dispense with loyalty and play his preferred starting 11.

Thought we were awful: - Zaboob and Roberts looked tricky, but lacked the final quality. Zaboob wasted so much. - Surprised that Roberts was taken off as he was the main threat - Sturrock didn't do alot, but then neither did Cox - Peacock was all huff and puff - Paynter looked overweight - Pook and Easton didn't create anything - Defence played well as a unit although bother centrebacks were at fault for the goal - Smith had nothing to do

1 point from a possible 6 in the last two games at home is the worrying thing that has emerged from this.

Why oh Why did Sturrock take off Roberts, not Zaaboub? Roberts was progressive and running at them, zaaboub was just wasteful, apart from the pull back. Thought Vincent was absolutely dire and pook and easton are too similar, easton being the better player. Sturrock Jr has no future at this football club.
On a brighter note, i thought Paynter played well when he came on and showed some good touches, will be a good acquisition when fit.
That is all

Zaboub cannot cross, Pook should have come off at half time, Jerel ifil was MOM for me today.
Blair didn't do anything either.
I was entertained by the fact my mate text me to say he thought Lloyd Owusu looked like a pint of guiness.

Roberts got taken off way to earlier.
Also, we the team discussion in the pub before the game and I said to fred
'Sturrock will keep the same team and bring on JPM and Cox at half time'
Close enough.....
Final ball was well off today.

Awful game, flat performance. Neither team deserved to win. Lets put it behind us and move on, though Hartlepool will be a tough one.

Hartlepool will be tough but I sense Sturrock will be preparing a lot more for this one.
Said on the radio thats the last game for loyalties and is going to pick an 11 early on this week to work with for Saturday.
I think Blair will have no place in this team from now on.

I think jack smith just had his worst game in a swindon shirt today. There left mid pissed all over him all afternoon.
Aside from that, what a dull, boring game. Don't think we'll be seeing the sky cameras again for a while

Were so predictable in this league, we played so poor today. I really did think tuesday night shocked the 1st team players in to thinking they have serious competition but obviously not as they played absolutely crap. Why are we starting Sturrock and Pook as well, shocking. Cox was shite, all mouth on the radio and plays like that (cocky bastard). Slade had the right idea putting two players on both Roberts and Zaaboub, they couldn't do anything and that's why we needed to be playing the ball on the ground and going through the middle instead of just whacking useless crosses in the boxes. Yeovil had obviously done their research, Sturrocks tactics weren't what you call brilliant.
Anyway, only the one match lost so far so let's hope we get back on winning ways..

NMH Apart from stop their left winger, who waltzed past him and won the corner that their goal came from.
