According to the Adver the FL are monitoring the situation and there are no plans for action. I just hope it gets paid rather than drags on, then we should be ok to continue without penalty (hopefully).

Erm, so one would assume then that Andronikou refused to explain how or even if the debt's suddenly leapt from £5.5m to £8.2m. He's a little gem isn't he?

i'm lost now, is that £5.5m/£8.2m debt wrapped up in the CVA that is, so say, about to be paid off (10p in the £1 or whatever it was), or is that further incurred debt?
