. Quite alot of scottish families use surnames as middle names rather than the english habit of having christian names as middle names. I guess it's a way of keeping the mother's family surname alive. That is exactly why former Arsenal 'keeper and (former?) pundit Bob Wilson has the somewhat unfortunate middle name of 'Primrose'. Parents. They just don't think do they?
