its not as if Swindons squad is allot better than ours.... I cant see why he would warm their bench.

Did they go up with us last year? they certainly act as if they're in a higher league.

Yeh, we're only 20-odd places higher than them in football's pecking order right now  Cheesy

They just don't have a clue. Or even a partial clue.

Another view of JP from a Wednesday fan;

Paul Sturrock is playing down your promotion aspects this season by saying it is a season of consoldiation. Well you now have tow of our most significant players when we were in League 1. JPM and Lee Peacock. These are two quality, quality players in this league. I would now say you have the best winger, the best striker and the best manager. So why not promotion.

It is good to see JPM back in League 1. That is the bare minimum his talents deserve to be. I can only assume he was being paid a vast amount of money at Franchise, because when he left us, i am sure every League 1 club would have been injured, though his injury nightmare in his last season with us might have put a few off. If it had not bee for his injury problem in his final season i believe he would still be with us now. I would still have him in my team. JPM is a quality player, but also he gives 100 per cent every game and appreciated the fans who pay their money. He is a real crowd pleser and will have you on the edges of your seats.

Probably the signing of the summer in League 1. How much did he cost? I wondered why he did not start for MK Donkeys the other day. Sturrock will get the best out of him. How long though until you come in for Lee Bullen?

Wouldn't get anywhere near our first team if his performance on Saturday was anything to go by
