It's certainly all going a bit weird at SN1.
Of all the things you'd think we need to urgently invest in, a Director of Football and a Fitness Coach wouldn't seem to be on the list. Sturrock, and Wise before him, seemed to have sorted any areas they would look after already.
We'll be appointing a Coach for Defenders soon, or maybe a team selection assistant. Rufus is number 4 in the coaching set up at Camberley Town.....they have a Director of Football Darren Barnard....ex Shithead. So plenty of scope for pointless jobs for the boys when Rufus takes over. |

I care about the club but everthing thats been posted in the last 2 weeks has been conjecture and hearsay.
How does the fact that we have a new fitness coach that knows someone who works for the club signal Sturrock leaving to be replaced by loads of OUFC old boys?
Answer? It doesn't.
When I've actually got something to be worked up about, i'll get worked up, but the fact remains we can't actually do anything about anything at the moment.

Uhm .....................is it not possible that the club advertised for a fitness coach and someone that lived local in that line of work but at a smaller club applied for it?
Haven't we lost coaches/ physios / CEO's in the same way?

Whether we need a fitness coach or not is irrelevant as is whether we need a Director of Football. The simple fact is they're both Scummers so have no place at the County Ground - end of. How can you eradicate that smell from them - even Domestos wouldn't work. Scum pure and simple.
Infiltrating STFC with Scummers is hardly likely to endear the new lot.
I'm with Reg on this one - this does appear to have Scummer Brevitt all over it.
