And the Slaughtered Lamb in American Warewolf in London was called the Black Swan/Mucky Duck and was in Ockham near Leatherhead in Surrey.  I used to drink there years ago and it was good (sold VB Beers ).  It's now a soulless food pub

the adver is comedy gold. there was an old bloke in there today who got sent a letter scam - similar to the nigerian/ivory coast ones - and said that the sender of said letter ought to be shot.

slightly over the top i thought...

Nah, not me.  I thought maybe I would have posted once about something, but I don't think I did.

Cheers Arriba.

Blimey, that Donkey seems like decent chap.  I am now happy to share a name with him. Smiley

Knows a hell of a lot more than me about postal unions and stuff though (not hard, tbh).

Cheers

Yeah, played snooker there a few times (badly), a few quizzes, a mate's Gran's 70th birthday (to this day I still have no idea why I was invited), and watched the baker from Cheam lose in the World Darts Final.

Good place, Reg, I concur.

Cheers

Its only since Yeovil pointed out the "Cheers, Donkey" thing that I now find it rather unsettling too!
