SCS delivered sofa into storage today, it was literally dripping wet!! Even though it didn't go outside once! No packaging on the sofa. Useless fuckin cunts. :x Good thing is, I declined delivery and now don't have to pay storage  |

We got leather sofas from courts few years back but when delivered - was scratched (tiny on back) but still we made them sign a delivery note to say we were not making any payments for it until we received replacement sofa.
Courts went into liquidation - we never got replacement sofas but never paid for the ones we received - 2 free sofas worth nearly 2k woohoo!

When our sofa had a small scratch on it Leekes sent some bloke to repair it. A lot easier than arsing around waiting for a new one. Did a good job too.

DFS all the way.
I had 2 leather sofa's delivered when i moved in 6 months ago and the delivery men were very helpful.
I noticed a slight fading in the leather in one area and a tiny rip.
Within 4 weeks i had a new arm on the sofa and the fading was gone.

Try using Cillit Bang on your leather sofa if it's fading. It works wonders at gettign rid of those fading patches.

Good shout Fred, that's only going to speed up the process.
Don't ever use those specialist leather furniture cleaners though. I used one once and my leather chair faded so badly you can hardly see it now.
