i was just wondering if there is any money to be made out of selling flexible plastic tube to smokers - long enough so you could put your fag in the end and smoke it out of the window but from the comfort of the snug with a pint, in a kind of elongated style of an elegant 1930's duchess.  I suppose you would also need another one to breath out of ..  Reckon the stuff you use for wine making would do the trick..

I'd like to know why they are still allowed to smoke in the House of Commons.  One rule for us, one rule for them.

Perhaps there is a market for those big old fashioned underwater diving suits? That'd do the trick.

nice one !  the lead boots should help stop one in an advanced state of refreshment from falling over too !
