After the statement the other week id expect a winding up order to be sent by SBC tomorrow I think that SBC will await the statement Monday/Tuesday and consider the viability of it before jumping straight in with a W.U.P. |

Its not that, but what if the club stated that they would make the payment in full on Thursday ?
The council would look very silly if they issued a W.U.P on Tuesday
Besides, if W.U.P is issued it is against the law to advertise it prior to the 7 days before it appears in the gazette.
So we would not hear about it until that point.
During that 7 day period the club can apply to the court to stop any advertisment if they have the money to put on the table.

will that be enough to please the majority? Agreed Arriba I think that that they have done themselves enough damage publically to find their position untenable. There has been so much derogatory hype, especially now the Adver has planted their feet one side of the fence. My own personal feelings is that they have acheived some short term funding in the form of a bridging loan at extortionate interest rates to buy them 6 months in order to find some serious investment |
