Have u got to give her any cash from the sale of the house.If you have use this to your advantage and blackmail her well she is entitled to 50% of the equity but her nan paid for our deposit etc as a gift but last weekend apparently i now owe her £4k towards what her nan paid. i'm basically gonna tell her that if she leaves the £4k then i wont have her done for fraud :twisted: |
