Thats a bloody good option to study there.  When I worked for an Engineering Firm in Sydney, the Mechanical Engineers were on mega bucks.

yeah there is potential to earn a fair bit especially if you become chartered but that takes at least 4 more years.

i have a couple of friends who did mech / man engineering, they work for rolls royce now (aerospace, not the cars)

i did a bit of that when younger at college but jacked it after a few months.later regretted it.fair play lad!
