It's a happy day for our country. Blair has finally fucked off. Isn't he supposed to be doing a farewell tour or something? I'm sure i read that, but seriously who gives a fuck? I don't wanna say goodbye or thank him for one thing the red taping, pc loving cunt has inflicted on our now over legislated cotton wool wrapped country. In my eyes the bloke is summed up well in the title, he is pure undiluted cunt. Good Riddance and piss off Tony.

It would make my day if Blair actually called a General Election, so stopping Brown ever becoming PM. Is there a mutual hatred amongst bean counters these days ? There is when he's in line for a £100k a year pension...paid for by us !!!

It's a happy day for our country. Blair has finally fucked off. Not until 27th June, as there has to be an 'election' to replace him, even though Gordon is doing his best to avoid that !!!

My concern is that Brown is a very good economist and does a damn good job as Chancellor of the Exchequer, but do Labour have anyone good enough to replace him? In what way? All he does is sets taxes and makes a budget out of it. plus since the only reason the economy has looked to be doing OK is because he's been pilfering out of the state pension fund, like robert maxwell did at the mirror

I don't like Blair as I've made pretty clear already, but like Reg said to Bushey, i also have no recollections of any previous governments so he is always likely to be the one i hate.
Being honest though, they're all much of a muchness and offer little over another. They're all trying to stoke as many different fires as is possible without appearing indifferent to any cause that's in the news.
I will remember Blair for taking health and safety bollocks to new levels, for adding more skilled employees to certain sectors - yet giving them so much more paperwork (to justify their paltry salary!) the increase in employment goes almost unnoticed, for lying through his back teeth, alot (yes they all do it) and most of all being a smarmy cunt faced right wing socialist.
I voted for him and feel like I've been let down.

I think Blair has done a decent job with some obvious mistakes.
I too remember a Tory goverment and I remember the jubilation felt by the country when they were chucked out.I doubt we will see the country celebrate in the same way when the inevitable happens and Cameron and his cronies take over in a few years.
